This new group consists of fleet and safety personnel, field supervisors, managers, and the company’s Mobile Emergency Operations Center (MEOC). Together, they will assist Tampa Electric in restoring power to affected areas. The support extends beyond Massachusetts, as National Grid also sent over 100 crews from its New York operations to assist in other parts of Florida.
