According to a news release from the 413 Card Show, the event features more than 110 tables of sports and Pokemon cards, memorabilia, supplies, and more from Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and New York.

“Our first show in January was fun but snowy. In April the collectors came out and we had about 650 attendees,” said Scott Greene, show co-promoter. “We’re expecting another great turnout on the 13th as fall is the perfect time to show a show like this, and it’s Columbus Day weekend.”

Red Sox Hall of Famer, 1986 AL Champion, and current WooSox hitting coach Rich Gedman will be signing autographs from 11 am to Noon, and former Hartford Whaler Scott “The Chief” Daniels will be signing from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Attendees will be able to bring personal items to have signed, or purchase some of Rich’s and Scott’s items including cards, 8×10 photos, and more.

Several giveaways will take place at the event, such as the chance to win Red Sox tickets, Woosox and Thunderbirds tickets, tickets from the reminder, and other door prizes. Mascots from all three teams will be there for photos with kids, and Boomer will be at the show from 9:30 to 10:30 to celebrate the Springfield Thunderbirds Opening Weekend.

Admission to the event costs $2 and kids twelve and under get in for free. Parking is free and the event will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Castle of Knights in Chicopee.
