    Pet rabbit found abandoned at Scantic River State Park in Enfield

    ENFIELD, Conn. (WWLP) – Animal Control is looking for the owner of a pet rabbit found at the Scantic River State Park in Enfield.

    Police searching for suspects involved in wallet theft in Enfield

    According to the Enfield Police Department, an animal control officer picked up an abandoned domestic rabbit on Monday. If you have any information or know the owner, you are being asked to call Animal Control at 860-763-8944.

    The rabbit is not available for adoption at this time.

    I just cannot believe the cruelty that people have with defenseless animals by leaving them stranded. Hoping they find this person and punish the hell out of them.
