WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Bertera Auto Group cut the ceremonial ribbon for a new commercial vehicle service center in West Springfield.

The service center is primarily focused on commercial fleets, anything from vans to some trucks. Even though they cut the ribbon on Friday with the Mayor of West Springfield, the facility opened about two and a half months ago and has been busy ever since.

“It’s a place where you can come and get service right away, you don’t need an appointment. Just to help businesses get their vehicles back on the road because without your vehicle, you can’t work, so they need it,” said Bertera Auto Group Service Director Felicia Barr.

Barr said she knows how important it is for some businesses to have their vehicles to get them around, so she is happy they are able to help them get back on the road as quickly as possible with shorter wait times.
