Not seeing kiosks yet in WNC? Where are they? We are driving an hour to Morganton for, actually, the best darn DMV service we’ve ever seen. Both the issue center and the plate office. Well staffed, well trained, management participation when the line reaches 5 or more customers. Really should be your center of excellence training office. Heard about This office whilst standing for 9 hours (yes 9 hours) at the Hendersonville DMV.
