WYOMING COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Warsaw man charged after ATV accident in Gainesville
Deputies responded to the area of Dutton Road in the Town of Gainesville for a report of an. ATV accident with injury on July 1, 2024. Upon arrival, deputies located a male approximately twenty feet down a ravine. The male was injured with a possible broken leg. The Wyoming County Rope Rescue Team responded and extricated the male from the ravine, bringing him back up to the roadway. The male was identified as Emmanuel E. Martina, 22, of Warsaw.

WARSAW — Harley M. Felerski was charged June 24 with petit larceny, Wyoming County sheriff’s deputies said. Flerski, 22, of Warsaw tried to take makeup valued at $203.18 from Walmart without paying, deputies said. She is to appear in Town Court at a later date.
