Green Dog Barkery’s grand opening kicks off

WYOMING, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Saturday morning was the grand opening of Green Dog Barkery in Wyoming Mid-Way Shopping Center.

The bakery offers everything for dogs and cats including a social area for your four-legged friends.

In honor of the grand opening, they had prizes, food vendors, and some goodie bags.

The general manager says this has been in the works for a year and a half and it was a dream of their daughters to bring a bakery with a bundle of activities to the area.

“We are open fully to dogs and cats we have dog birthday parties and private events. We do dog gatherings all kinds of things including education and charity work,” said Scott Pertl the general manager for the Green Dog Barkery.

The bakery is open every day but Mondays and has freshly made treats for your furry little friends.
