State certifies three write-in candidates for Legislature, none from Laramie County

CHEYENNE — The Wyoming State Canvassing Board met Wednesday to certify the 2024 August primary results, including three Democratic write-in candidates for state Legislature.

To be certified as a write-in candidate, they must receive at least 25 write-in votes, they must be a registered member of the party on the day of the election, and they must receive a significant number of votes to affect the result of the election, per Wyoming state statute.
