Potential buyer interested in vacant property in Austintown

AUSTINTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – The Western Reserve Port Authority is looking to buy a piece of Austintown commercial property that has been vacant since COVID.

It’s the former InfoCision building on Patriot Boulevard, across from Quaker Steak & Lube.

On Wednesday, the Port Authority Board approved the negotiations for the sale to begin.

Executive Director Anthony Trevena says they’ve identified a strong partner for the space, whom he would not name.

Trevena says they’re awaiting the completion of additional agreements before moving forward on buying the building.
