Tobias Schmucker, 21, pleaded guilty to 16 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, all second-degree felonies, according to the Trumbull County Prosecutor’s Office.

Tobias was charged in January after investigators found downloaded files of child sexual abuse on Schmucker’s electronic devices.

Schmucker will be sentenced after undergoing a background investigation conducted by probation officers.

Both prosecutors and Schmucker’s defense attorney agreed in a plea deal to an indefinite four to six-year prison sentence, but the judge will have the final say on sentencing.
