Baltimore Orioles starting pitcher Zach Eflin.

After going on a three-game winning streak in our Look of the Day series, we've now dropped two straight picks to stop the hype train in its tracks. Let's get back to our winning ways with our favorite MLB prop for Thursday's slate.

Look of the Day: Zach Eflin over 2.5 earned runs allowed (+100 DraftKings )

Red Sox at Orioles, 6:35 p.m. ET

The Baltimore Orioles are hosting the Boston Red Sox in an AL East battle on Thursday night, and we're looking for Eflin to struggle against a lineup that's given him trouble in the past.

In 66 combined plate appearances against Eflin, current Red Sox hitters are batting .349 with a .391 xwOBA, a .618 xSLG and a 91.5-mph average exit velocity. It's no wonder the right-hander has given up at least three earned runs in all five of his career starts against Boston. Eflin faced off against the Red Sox once this season, and he surrendered six hits and three earned runs while striking out only two batters in 5.0 innings of work.

The Red Sox have also been one of the hottest lineups in baseball since the All-Star break. Over the last 30 days, Boston ranks first in BAPIP (.366), third in MLB in batting average (.292), fifth in OPS (.818) and seventh in wRC+ (122) against righties. The Red Sox also rank second in runs scored and sixth in home runs in that span.

A red-hot lineup + a familiar matchup = runs, runs and more runs.
