Watch: Multiple drivers flip in NASCAR race at Daytona

Racing at the Daytona International Speedway is always a chaotic time, but a few NASCAR Cup Series drivers had especially wild rides.

Michael McDowell was the first driver to flip during Saturday's Coke Zero Sugar 400. While leading with nine laps to go, the No. 2 of Austin Cindric got into McDowell in turn one, triggering a massive crash that included McDowell tumbling upside down in the middle of the pack. Thankfully, McDowell would land back on his wheels, though he was out of the race.

The intensity would continue to increase as the laps wound down. With just two laps to go, it was Josh Berry who led, but a push from Kyle Busch would turn Cindric into Berry, sending both cars spinning.

While Cindric's car stayed on the ground, Berry's car took flight, flipping upside down before hitting the inside wall. Berry's No. 4 car had to be flipped back over before being towed back to the garage area.

Harrison Burton would go on to win Saturday's race, with Kyle Busch finishing second. McDowell and Berry finished 30th and 26th, respectively.

McDowell and Berry's flips mark the third flip in a Cup Series race over the last two races, as Corey LaJoie went for a wild ride in Monday's race at Michigan.

The Cup Series will decide its playoff field next Sunday at Darlington in the Southern 500.
