Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb.

CeeDee Lamb was absent from the Dallas Cowboys training camp for its entirety, but according to the 25-year-old wide receiver, his status for Week 1 against the Cleveland Browns isn't even a question.

After signing a new four-year, $136 million extension less than two weeks before the start of the regular season, Lamb was in attendance at the team's practice in Frisco, Texas, on Tuesday. He spoke with the media for the first time since signing the deal, and as The Athletic's Jon Machota revealed, was asked if he'd be ready to take on 60-plus plays in Week 1.

His response? No question about it.

It's good to hear Lamb's confidence, but it'll be even better to hear that same confidence from head coach Mike McCarthy in the days before the Cowboys' opener. Regardless, Lamb seems primed and ready to take on a full workload (or close to it) in Week 1, which is great news for the Cowboys.

Lamb is fresh off a 2023 campaign in which he posted career-best numbers across the board, catching 135 passes for 1,749 yards and 12 touchdowns.
