    Raheem Sterling.

English forward Raheem Sterling has accomplished something only one other Premier League player has done — and all he needed to do was sign a contract.

Sterling, who officially joined Arsenal on a loan deal from crosstown rival Chelsea on Friday, became the first player since Nicolas Anelka to sign with four of the league's "Big Six" clubs .

He and Anelka stand alone in that feat, coincidentally having both played for the same four teams: Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea and Arsenal.

While unlikely, the 29-year-old Sterling still has time to try and tick Manchester United and/or Tottenham Hotspur off the list. He would then become the only player to ever play for five or all of the "Big Six."

Sterling spent four seasons at Liverpool, seven seasons at Manchester City (where he won four league titles), two seasons at Chelsea and now he'll spend at least one with Arsenal.

Anelka took a slightly different Premier League path, starting with three Seasons in North London, one with Liverpool, three with Manchester City and five with Chelsea.

The Frenchman sprinkled in appearances with other clubs all over Europe for good measure during his 20-year career .

Once registered, Sterling could make his Arsenal debut as early as Sept. 15 for the North London Derby against Tottenham.
