A general view of a USC football helmet.

Jerome Myles is an elite wide receiver recruit.

From Draper, Utah, he's ranked as the No. 5 wide receiver in the country and the No. 30 overall recruit in the 2025 class, according to 247Sports.

Myles has nearly 30 offers to his name, so frankly, he could play college ball just about anywhere. According to Hayes Fawcett of On3, though, the 5-star wideout is ready to make a decision and he's narrowed his interest list down to three schools.

Texas A&M, USC and Utah all have a shot to land his commitment on Sept. 18.

While Utah is the in-state school and Kyle Whittingham has quite a solid program, don't count out USC here.

According to Steve Wiltfong of On3 , Myles is one of head coach Lincon Riley's top targets. Yes, the Trojans already have four wide receiver commits for 2025, but Myles would easily be not just their top wideout, but their top recruit overall.

USC also has the commitment of five-star quarterback Julian Lewis, and that could end up being a draw for a top wideout like Myles.

Either way, we'll find out on Sept. 18, but this seems like USC's commitment to lose.
