Indiana Fever rookie guard Caitlin Clark has already shattered countless records during her first WNBA season.

The former Iowa legend and the rest of her teammates are now just two days away from playing their first playoff tilt of the 2024 campaign, as the Connecticut Sky host the Fever in Game 1 of their first-round postseason series at 3 p.m. ET on Sunday.

According to TickPick, tickets to the series-opener between Connecticut and Indiana are already fetching a steep price that has never been seen before in WNBA history.

What's even more proof of the " Caitlin Clark effect " is the discrepancy in ticket prices for Sunday's game compared to the final game of the 2023 WNBA Finals.

When fellow first-year player Angel Reese suffered a season-ending wrist injury in early September, Clark essentially locked up the Rookie of the Year Award. She's even made a case for MVP, though that honor appears likely to go to Las Vegas Aces center A'ja Wilson, who won the award in 2020 and 2022.

Clark finished her debut season leading the WNBA in assists (8.4) and all rookies in points (19.2), steals (1.3) and minutes per game (35.4).
