    Houston Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud.

There were plenty of fantasy breakout players in Week 3 — Carolina Panthers quarterback Andy Dalton, Washington Commanders QB Jayden Daniels, New York Giants receiver Malik Nabers — and there’s sure to be plenty more in Week 4.

Every week, Yardbarker will give you some of the top fantasy football matchups to take advantage of. Here are the top matchups to exploit this week:

Texans QB C.J. Stroud vs. Jacksonville Jaguars defense

Stroud has been decent through the first three games of the season, but he hasn’t had a real Stroud-like performance yet. That should change this week against a hapless Jaguars defense, which is surrendering the third-most passing yards per game (252.3), fifth-most points per game (228.3) and seventh-most yards per game (361.7).

Stroud has a career 117 passer rating against the Jags, and two hos his best games last season came against their defense — Week 3 (20-for-30, 280 yards, two TDs) and Week 12 (26-for-36, 304 yards, three total TDs). A 300-yard, multi-touchdown game at home against a reeling Jacksonville isn’t out of the question.

Eagles RB Saquon Barkley vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers front seven

Yes, Barkley is coming off a monster game against the New Orleans Saints (seven carries, 147 yards, two TDs), but he’s due for another one this week against a Bucs defense that’s allowing nearly five yards per carry and 137.7 yards rushing per game.

Tampa has also allowed six scores on the ground, and Barkley, the leading rusher in the NFL (351 yards) is tied for the league lead with four rushing touchdowns. The Bucs have surrendered 80 rushing yards or more to one player in two of their three games, and Barkley should become the first RB to gash Tampa for 100 yards this season.

Bears WR D.J. Moore vs. Los Angeles Rams secondary

Despite being targeted 18 times, Moore had a relatively quiet first two games. But he came on strong last week against the Indianapolis Colts, logging eight catches on 10 targets for 78 yards. The Bears offense got off to a slow start, and Moore is unquestionably rookie QB Caleb Williams’ go-to target.

Conversely, the Rams have allowed the most yards per reception (13.6), the second-most touchdown catches (seven) and the fifth-most receiving yards per game (258.3). Williams threw for 363 yards last week, and he could have another big day against a porous L.A. secondary, so expect Moore to be the beneficiary of some big-time throws.

    Last week’s picks

Bills QB Josh Allen: 307 total yards, four touchdowns, 30.92 fantasy points

49ers RB Jordan Mason: 19 carries, 77 yards, 10.8 fantasy points

Bengals WR Ja’Marr Chase: six receptions, 118 yards, two TDs, 29.8 fantasy points
