New York Jets head coach Robert Saleh.

ESPN NFL analyst and former New York Jets offensive lineman Damien Woody blasted Gang Green head coach Robert Saleh during Monday's episode of ESPN's "Get Up."

Woody, who was a one-time Pro Bowler and played the final three seasons of his 12-year career with the Jets from 2008-10, raised his voice and pounded the table multiple times, shouting throughout his criticism of Saleh.

New York (2-2) fell to the Denver Broncos (2-2) in Week 4 at home on Sunday, 10-9, generating 248 yards of total offense.

"You go out there and you commit 13 penalties. 13! Five pre-snap! 10 offensive penalties! You're on the one-yard line on multiple downs and you didn't put in your 240-pound rookie running back from the one-d—-yard line! I mean, what the hell is going on Robert!" Woody said. "This team looks sloppy, they look inept! I mean, what are we doing here? This is supposed to be a game where, clearly the Jets are supposed to win this game and your team can't stay d— onsides?"

Weather conditions were rough, but both teams had to deal with the less-than-ideal elements.

Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers finished just 24-of-42 for 225 passing yards but was constantly pressured throughout the contest, taking five sacks for 41 yards.

Star running back Breece Hall was stymied for four rushing yards on 10 carries, while rookie Braelon Allen gained 34 yards on eight rushing attempts. The only points scored by New York came via three Greg Zuerlein field goals, though he missed a potential game-winning 50-yard attempt with 51 seconds left in the fourth quarter.

The Jets' 13 penalties were for 90 yards, while they went just 4-of-17 on third-down conversions. New York's Week 4 defeat came following arguably its best performance of the year when it beat the New England Patriots 24-3 in Week 3 on "Thursday Night Football."

With the Buffalo Bills (3-1) getting blown out on "Sunday Night Football" against the Baltimore Ravens (2-2), Saleh's group had a chance to jump into a tie atop the AFC East. Instead, they remain in second place as the Miami Dolphins (1-2) play the Tennessee Titans (0-3) on "Monday Night Football."
