    Wide receiver Amari Cooper.

Trading for star wide receiver Amari Cooper is paying dividends for the Buffalo Bills.

Trailing the Tennessee Titans 10-7 early in the third quarter, Bills quarterback Josh Allen tossed a 12-yard touchdown to Cooper in the middle of the end zone. It was also his first catch as a Bill. Perhaps that's a good omen for Buffalo.

    The Bills recently dealt a 2025 third-rounder and a 2026 seventh-rounder to the Cleveland Browns for Cooper and a 2025 sixth-rounder.

Buffalo likely Cooper to attempt to vault to the next level and win its first Super Bowl. Cooper has earned five Pro Bowl nods in 10 seasons with the Browns, Cowboys and Raiders. The 30-year-old pass-catcher ranks ninth among active players in receiving yards (9,736), 12th in receptions (691) and ninth in TD catches (62).

Cooper should help the Bills replace four-time Pro Bowl WR Stefon Diggs, who they traded to the Houston Texans this offseason.
