WOODSON COUNTY, Kan. (KOAM) -- The Kansas Department of Transportation has started work to resurface parts of U.S. 75 in Woodson and Coffey counties.

KDOT says the resurface work will go 14.5 miles between the north city limits of Yates Center and the north K-58 junction.

According to KDOT, flaggers and a pilot car will direct one-lane traffic through the work zone. Expect delays of 15 minutes or less during weekdays until late September.
