This incident was reported as occurring on July 10, during the struggle against the Hillside Fire near Congress, according to FOX 10 Phoenix. Yavapai County Sheriff's Office was alerted about a man telling residents to leave their homes, claiming they were in imminent danger, an admonishment that turned out to be unfounded since evacuations had not been officially ordered.
