A Roseburg woman was hospitalized following a two-vehicle crash on Thursday. A Roseburg Police report said just after 2:00 p.m. a 20-year-old driver was head. ed east on Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. The woman admitted to driving through a red light at the intersection with Northwest Mulholland Drive. The second driver, an 89-year-old woman, had a flashing yellow light as she attempted to turn left from the freeway off-ramp onto Garden Valley.
