USA TODAY named its Bars of the Year. This Westchester favorite made the list

Saints & Scholars in Yonkers made USA TODAY’s list of best bars in the country .

The USA TODAY Bars of the Year 2024 list, released today, features 27 bars from dives to high-end cocktail bars.

"It's an absolute honor to be included in the top bars in the U.S.," said Owner Aidan Loughran. "As an Irish immigrant who came to America 11 years ago, I never could have imagined this.

"My goal at Saints & Scholars was to create a child-friendly space by day that's sexy and sultry by night. For me, the best reward has always been bringing happiness to my customers. Everything I've done is from my heart and from the lessons I learned from my hardworking mum and dad.
