A Mississippi man pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit bank fraud, leading to a financial loss exceeding $1 million. Canine flu cases temporarily close Montgomery Humane Society
MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) - The Montgomery Humane Society will be closed until Saturday due to canine flu cases. The Humane Society says it has over 40 symptomatic dogs in the facility. Dogs in the adoption center will need to be placed in isolation and will not be available for adoption for 28 days. Adoptions of the exposed dogs will be halted for a period of four weeks.
