MCCOOL JUNCTION, Neb. (KSNB) - A St. Paul man is facing charges after an incident at the McCool Junction Motor Speedway over the weekend. Brandon Dack, 38, is charged in York County Court with felony possession of a stolen firearm, along with three misdemeanor charges for theft by unlawful taking, intimidation by electronic communication and littering.
