YORK COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — A Hampton man was arrested after deputies say he fired three shots into an unoccupied vehicle in York County back in February. The York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office announced Thursday that 24-year-old Dwayne Tyrone Hudson II was arrested on Wednesday and charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, reckless handling of a firearm and intentionally damaging property. The first is a felony charge.
