Lt. Robert Gentile, head of the department’s traffic bureau, said the person died of their injuries at St. Elizabeth Health Center. Gentile said he is not sure if the person who died was the driver or passenger

The person was one of two people thrown from a car that rolled over several times about 1:30 p.m. as it was traveling east on Zedaker Street on July 11. The car eventually came to a stop after butting up against the porch of a home on Cambridge Avenue.

The other person who was injured was also treated at St. Elizabeth. Their condition is unknown.

No charges have been filed yet. An investigation is ongoing.
