YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — Two men charged with breaking into a building in June pleaded guilty to reduced charges.

Bradley Runyon, 42 and Nicholas Davis, 36, each pleaded guilty July 2 to a misdemeanor charge of criminal trespass, amended from a fifth-degree felony count of breaking and entering.

They were both sentenced to probation, court records show.

The two were accused of breaking into a Catalina Avenue business June 24 and were arrested by police inside, reports said.

Runyon was found curled up on the floor hiding behind a furnace, and Davis was found in a cabinet underneath a sink, reports said.

Reports did not say if the men took anything.
