YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — A community collaboration of vendors and artists will be at Westside Bowl on Saturday.

It’s called YoWest Fusion Fest Part 2. A collaboration between Westside Bowl and the Youngstown Flea. This year’s event is expected to be much bigger.

Over 20 local bands will play at Westside Bowl’s two stages, and 20 vendors will be set up inside.

It’s to support small and local creators in Youngstown.

Event organizer Tyler McBride says this event will have good vibes and new opportunities for shoppers, vendors and artists.

He says it creates a micro-economy that can directly support people in our community.

“A wide variety of local vendors rather than just going to Walmart or something like that,” McBride said. “Or just listening to an already million-dollar artist on Spotify or something like that; it’s really cool to come to a local scene.”

Tickets at the door will be $15 and will support the local musicians.

You’ll get access all day to both stages and the local vendors inside.
