    YPD finds casings in street while answering gunfire call

    YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — Reports said no one was injured after police found 14 casings Tuesday evening while answering a gunfire call.

    Police found the .223-caliber casings, along with five shells from a .12-gauge shotgun, in front of a house in the 100 block of East Avondale Avenue when they answered a gunshot sensor call about 9:15 p.m.

    A nearby house in the 100 block of East Avondale Avenue was damaged by gunfire as well, reports said.
