YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — Reports said police early Thursday collected casings from three weapons while investigating a gunfire call on the West Side.

Officers were called about 3 a.m. to the 100 block of Manchester Avenue, where a woman said her house was shot at multiple times.

No one was injured, but the woman told police that she was on the verge of a panic attack so an ambulance was called to have her checked out.

Officers found seven 7.62mm casings and ammunition, which is commonly used in AK-47-type semiautomatic rifles; 11 9mm casings; and a .223-caliber casing.

Reports said the casings were found in front of a vacant duplex that witnesses told police had people going in and out regularly.
