YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — The 66th annual Saint Patrick’s Church festival is underway this weekend in Hubbard. Once again, organizers are getting a hand with some of the food.

As she has the last four or five years, Avalon Downtown owner Anna Massullo-Sabella is donating the pizzas being sold at the festival, some 250 of them.

She tells First News she started supplying the pies before the COVID-19 pandemic, wanting to support the church and its congregation.

“Father Mike and John Bartos are very dear friends of mine, and I know what it’s like to be in a very difficult situation because I’ve been doing it myself,” Massullo-Sabella said.
