New Pelican’s SnoBalls opens in Tulare

TULARE, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – Those who live in Tulare can satisfy their sweet tooth at the Pelican’s SnoBalls which opened on Sunday.

According to Pelican’s SnoBalls website , it was born from a New Orleans tradition of combining smooth fluffy snow with bold flavors. The website says the company has served over 100 flavors to its customers for over 20 years.

On Pelican’s Tulare social media , they state that this place is the first drive-thru location in California.

The store is open daily from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The new Pelican’s SnoBalls is located at 440 N. K. St., in Tulare.
