IDENTIFIED: Man shot and killed in Tulare named

TULARE, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – A 36-year-old man who died after he was shot in Tulare early Monday morning has been identified, according to the Tulare Police Department.

Police identified the victim as 36-year-old Carlos Alejandro Navarro of Tulare.

Officers responded to the 1100 block of South Irwin Street just after midnight . after they received a 911 call about a man who was shot. When the officers arrived, they found Navarro unresponsive in an apartment where he died.

Investigators have not yet identified a potential suspect.
