31-year-old man stabbed to death in Merced County

FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – A 31-year-old man has died after a stabbing in Merced County on Tuesday morning, according to the Merced County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies say they responded to a disturbance at Merced Avenue and Bloss Avenue, near the town of Delhi.

Officials say when deputies arrived they found the body of a man. Investigators say a fight between the victim and another man took place at a home resulting in the stabbing death of the 31-year-old man.

Details about what led to the fight – and the identities of the suspects or victim – were not immediately released.
