Police want help solving this burglary in Merced

MERCED, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – The Merced Police Department is asking for the public’s help in solving a residential burglary that happened in August.

Police say the residential burglary occurred on Aug. 8, on the 3400 block of San Carlos Ct. Officers responded to the incident and discovered several firearms that had been stolen from the home.

Officers reviewed surveillance footage from the area and police say the video showed multiple individuals dressed in dark clothing driving two vehicles.

The vehicle seen was a light grey or silver SUV and a white four-door car.

Police believe the individuals may be linked to other recent burglaries in Merced. This is an ongoing investigation.
