    Coroner’s office seeking relatives of deceased Dinuba man

    DINUBA, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office is reaching out to the public for its help.

    The sheriff’s office says on September 3rd, Nicholas Ortiz Sembrano was found deceased in his home after neighbors called them to do a welfare check at the residence in the 40900 block of Road 40.

    Deputies arrived to find the 64-year-old man inside, dead from natural causes.

    Relatives of Sembrano are asked to call Detective Tomas Lopez at 559-687-7000. Anonymous information may be left by calling or texting 559-725-4194 or through email at tcso@tipnow.com.
