FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – Fresno’s Woodward Park announced their new playground upgrades, which now include ADA accommodations.

According to the Fresno Parks and Recreation (PARCS), these improvements include new ADA parking stalls and sidewalks, fresh colors, and new grips on the rock-climbing wall.

“It’s better than ever for our community kiddos to enjoy. Bring the family out to explore the updated play spaces—there’s fun for everyone!” officials said in a social media post.

Featuring 300 acres, Woodward Park is the biggest park in Fresno County, according to Visit Fresno County. It includes 5 miles of trails, a Japanese Garden, three playgrounds and a dog park.

The park is located at 7775 N. Friant Rd., in Fresno.
