FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – A man is dead, and three others injured following a fatal crash near Kerman, the California Highway Patrol says.

The accident occurred just after 11:30 a.m. near the intersection of Goldenrod and Jensen Avenues.

Investigators say a white Toyota Tundra, driven by a man in his 30’s to 40’s, is believed to be at fault after it’s driver ran a stop sign.

The vehicle then t-boned another vehicle with a mother and her two infant children inside.

Both vehicles rolled and came to rest in a field.

The driver of the Tundra died on scene, while the mother and her children from the other vehicle were transported to an area hospital.

The children are reported to have minor injuries, while their mother is believed to have minor-to-moderate injuries.

    The crash remains under investigation.

If anyone has information in this case, they are asked to contact the Fresno-area CHP office at 559-705-2200.
