FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – A new Target store will be coming to southeast Fresno, Councilmember Luis Chavez announced on Monday.

Chavez says the new Target will be an addition to the Fancher Creek Town Center at Clovis Avenue and Tulare Avenue. The Fancher Creek Town Center is described as an innovative urban infill set to serve as a pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use development.

When is Vallarta’s first store in Clovis opening?

Chavez says the new Target store is actively under construction and anticipated to open in October 2025.

Other businesses already confirmed for the Fancher Creek Town Center include In-N-Out, Michaels, Sprouts Farmers Market

The developing Fancher Creek Center, located on Tulare and Clovis avenues in southeast Fresno, will be among several other marketplaces managed by the Lance Kashian Company, including the Square at Campus Pointe and the River Park Plaza.

meanwhile the Westside gets what? granted I don't live on the Westside but still. I live in downtown and have to travel to go to someplace that isn't a grocery outlet.
