    IDENTIFIED: Man who rode off mountain near Shaver Lake

    FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – The man who rode off the side of a mountain near Shaver Lake Saturday afternoon has been identified by the Fresno County Coroner’s Office on Tuesday.

    According to the California Highway Patrol, around 2:45 p.m. they responded to a report of a dirt bike that had gone off the side of Bald Mountain near the Tamarack Sno-Park in Shaver.

    Upon arrival, deputies say they found 54-year-old Vincent Guadarrama unresponsive. CHP pronounced him dead at the scene.

    The circumstances leading up to the incident are actively under investigation.
