(WHTM) – Minnesota Governor and Democratic Vice Presidential nominee Tim Walz will visit Lancaster, Pittsburgh, and Erie on Wednesday, according to the Harris-Walz campaign.

Walz will attend a campaign event in Lancaster before traveling to Pittsburgh and Erie for events. He will also attend a rally in Erie on Thursday night.

The locations for each event were not publicly listed by the campaign.

Walz visit to the Midstate comes on the same day that the Republican presidential nominee, Donald Trump, will be in Harrisburg for a town hall event. Vice President Kamala Harris was also just in the Keystone State this week as she was joined by President Joe Biden in Pittsburgh on Labor Day

Harris first introduced Walz as her running mate during an event in Philadelphia last month after picking the Minnesota Governor to join the ticket over Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro.

“I will continue to count on the strength, the determination, and the hard work of the leaders in this room to knock on doors, to get folks to the polls and, bluntly put … to help us win Pennsylvania,” Harris said during her Labor Day event in Pittsburgh.

Trump was also recently in Johnstown as the Associated Press reports his campaign plans to invest more money in Pennsylvania than any other state. Trump and Harris will spend more than $146 million between Labor Day and Election Day, according to AdImpact.
