Back-to-back champs! Erie SeaWolves claim second Eastern League Championship

ERIE, PENNSYLVANIA ( WJET/WFXP ) – The Erie SeaWolves are once again the Eastern League Champions — for the second year in a row.

The SeaWolves clinched their repeat win at TD Bank Ballpark in Bridgewater, New Jersey, against the Somerset Patriots in game two of the Eastern League series with a 3-2 victory.

This comes after a 9-5 win over Somerset in game one of the 2024 ELCS at UPMC Park on Sunday.
