Turnover on college football rosters is more prevalent than ever before with loosened restrictions on transfer rules and the emergence of Name, Image, Likeness (NIL). Not surprisingly, several players on last year’s Michigan team opted to transfer this offseason, whether it was for more playing time elsewhere or other reasons. Overall, 13 scholarship players transferred since the Wolverines’ third straight Big Ten championship, adding to an already lengthy list of former Michigan players on other college rosters.
