4 new tenants coming to Tempe Marketplace
Tempe Marketplace announced today that it is adding four new tenants to the popular shopping and entertainment district. The diverse selection of brands will include the highly anticipated Sam’s Club, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Happy Beauty, and Enclave Salon Suites, occupying approximately 150,000-square-feet throughout the marketplace. These tenants will be open to the public this fall, with Sam’s Club slated to be completed in the summer of 2025. Additionally, J.
