DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) -- The quest by community members for a public hospital to be built on the west side of Dayton continued at Dayton’s City Commission meeting on Wednesday, Aug. 7.Community members asked the commission to put a tax levy on November’s ballot so voters could decide whether or not to put tax money toward a new facility.Commissioners voted not to put the initiative on the ballot for the upcoming election.
