Major League Baseball and one of the world's most famous speedways are teaming up for a special night of baseball in 2025. The Athletic reported Tuesday that the Atlanta Braves and Cincinnati Reds will play a game at Bristol Motor Speedway in Bristol, Tennessee on August 2, 2025.MLB has been aggressive in bringing the game to places it hasn't been before. Both Promenade Park concerts scheduled for this weekend canceled
TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - Two concerts planned at Promenade Park for this weekend have been canceled. The City of Toledo announced Wednesday morning that the Palomazo Norteño concert for Aug. 9 was canceled, but said at the time the Sunday Yachtley Crew Concert was slated to continue so the splash pad there would be closed. By Wednesday night, Yachtley Crew announced its Sunday concert was canceled due to “unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.”

CLEVELAND — As of 7 p.m. Thursday, FirstEnergy reports 247,357 customers remain without power. “We've restored power to more than 200,000 people already. That's a huge number, but we still have 250,000 to go," said Hannah Catlett, a FirstEnergy spokesperson. "This storm has created a historic impact on our region.
