Cindy Jackson and Blair Barclay promoted at The Community Bank

The Community Bank has announced that Cindy Jackson and Blair Barclay have been promoted. Jackson has been promoted to vice president/Crooksville office manager, and Barclay has been promoted to downtown Zanesville office manager of The Community Bank.

Jackson began her banking career in 1984 with The Community Bank. Since then, she has celebrated many career advancements in her 39 years with The Community Bank including positions held as customer service representative, vault teller, CD/IRA reconciling, loan servicing, VISA debit card servicing, and collections and loan officer. In January of 2010, she transferred to the downtown Zanesville office of The Community Bank as the assistant office manager and was then promoted to downtown Zanesville office manager in 2014.

Cindy is actively involved in our local community by serving as a board member for Perry County Children Services. She has also served as treasurer for the Muskingum-Perry National Wild Turkey Federation and Southern Local Athletic Boosters, Perry County 4-H advisor for over nine years, Perry County 4-H Advisory Finance Committee, and as chair, committee member and treasurer for the Perry County Relay for Life.

Barclay began his career in 2007 at The Community Bank’s downtown Zanesville Office as a full-time customer service representative. He graduated from Ohio University in 2005, earning his bachelor’s degree in sport sciences. He is a member of the Muskingum Valley Old Timers Association, coached the Senior Pioneers adult baseball team for five years, and still assists with the Senior Pioneers.
