DFW Area Hospitals Shine in Texas Top 15 Medical Centers, U.S. News & World Report Reveals
Several Dallas-Fort Worth area hospitals have been named amongst the elite in Texas, according to a recent report by U.S. News & World Report. Out of the 584 hospitals evaluated across the state, five DFW medical centers were ranked in the top 15 of the "Best Hospitals in Texas." The Houston area dominated the top 10, with Houston Methodist Hospital leading the pack as the number one hospital in Texas, according to the U.S. News.

As of July 18, 2024 Deep East Texas Crime Stoppers is asking for your help in finding a mystery thief. They have released very little information about the crime. Investigators believe this woman used a credit card stolen in a recent vehicle burglary. The vehicle was burglarized and the credit card was used at a business on South Chestnut in Lufkin.
