Phillipsburg, NJ – This weekend, the Phillipsburg Area Summer Youth Theatre (PASYT) held performances of "Singin' in the Rain." The performances were held on July 25, 26, and finish this evening’s performance at 7 PM, with a special matinee on July 28 at 2 PM at Phillipsburg High School. A Wilmington man is behind bars after what State Police say was a road rage incident in Hockessin last weekend. Starting in August, the city of Trenton will initiate its City Wide Cleanup. The Cleanup will be done by ward on Saturdays; starting with the South Ward on Aug. 3, the North Ward on Aug. 10, the East Ward on Aug. 17, and the West Ward on Aug. 24.
